Trial running of lines as per schedule.
Process and general improvement planning and implementation to achieve improved margins using Kaizen Techniques.
Doing new and horizontal deployment of KARAKURI.
Working towards Improving Productivity, Quality and process with the various production techniques and Reduction of All WASTE (MUDA) from the shop floor.
To Implementing POKA-YOKE & visual control systems on new lines.
i have done B-TECH from shirdhar University ,i am working as production engineering in hi lex india pvt ltd.
