Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management, Plan & Scheduling all the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities. Follow-up the work progress in accordance with commissioning schedule.
• Co-ordination, Conduct Demonstrated the SAT with End User, PMC TPI Agencies.
• Follow up with package vendor/supplier for site visit during commissioning and making sure all activities related to service Engineer is completed within the allocated time
• Attain the weekly commissioning review meeting with GASCO & PMC project Team.
• Prepare the Method Statement & Commissioning Procedure as per the Project Operational Philosophy, Control Narrative & DGS. Report Format & Checklist for Commissioning of different System & Sub system like DCS, ESD, and FGS & IPCS etc.
• Lead the Commissioning Team; Handling the Team of Engineers and Supervisors and Close coordination & follow-up the Progress.
• Follow up & Coordinating the activities along with Operation - End User & PMC during start up the Pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
• Vendor Follow-up & Lined up the activities with Vendor’s personnel.
• Working Experienced with DCS: YOKOGAWA (Centum CS-1000, Centum CS-3000 and Centum VP) & ABB INFI-90 with HPG-800 Controller.
• Working experienced with ESD & FGS: YOKOGAWA Pro-Safe RS.
• Cross Check & Confirm: The P & ID Conformity, Installation of Instruments with GA & Location layout diagram, Hookup installation diagram, Instruments Loop Diagram (ILD), I/O List, Logic Diagrams, and Process Control Narratives & PFD. Interphase with CLD & IRP.
• Conduct the SAT of individual system & Liquidate & Incorporates the FAT Punches during SAT.
• DCS Logics functional checks & ESD Cause & Effect checks before start up.
• Fire & Gas Instruments commissioning, Functional Check, Cause & Effects checks and Fire Alarm Control Panel commissioning
• Functional Test and commissioning of Fire and Gas detection system, Inergen System, Springler System & Deluge System &VESDA System.
• Testing & Calibration of Toxic Gas Detector So2, H2S, HC-Doctor, Flame Detector-H2, Heat and Smoke detector, & Linear Heat Sensing Cable.\
• Commissioning and start-up of all Liquid Sulphur Storage & Pumping Station.
• Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Rosemount Analyzers (PH, Conductivity, O2, SO2, and CO2).
• Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Smart Transmitters (HART) (E&H, Yokogawa, Rosemount, Foxboro, Honeywell), Interface level transmitters, Mass Flow Meter & Pressure Switches.
• Commissioning and start-up of all utilities including Boilers, Reverse Osmosis plant, Air Compressor Station & Liquid Sulphur Pumping Station.
• Functional Test of different type Hydro -Pneumatic Actuators Valves & PST Valve with DVC 6000 FIELDVUE/FISHER.
• Functional Test of Flow-Serve Control Valve along with the PID Controller (Reverse Acting /Direct Acting).Flow Control Valve (FCV), Pressure Control Valve (PCV), Temperature Control Valve (TCV).
• Work together for Commissioning and Start up activities with Vendor Packages (Sulphur station & Utility) and Enersul Canada (Sulphur Granulation Package).
• Work together with Vendor Packages such as Sulphur Granulator (Enersul Canada), Air dryer, Stacker/Reclaimer, Wet Scrubber (Enropole) Fuel Gas system, Boilers (Macchi)
• To handle the liquid sulphur from Sulphur Removal Unit (SRU) and from Tail Gas Treatment Unit (TGTU) to make sulphur granule with 12 sulphur granulators packages (ENERSUL GX-M1 Granulators) included Wet Scrubber package.
• To operate & handle Sulphur Pouring Tower system. And storing of Granulated Sulphur and shifting by sulphur rail way network.
• Assisting operation team during plant operation with field instruments maintenance and trouble shooting.
• Responsible for Final Documentation and handover, Assisting Completions team by providing them all the relevant RLM’s and Check sheets during commissioning.
• Dossier submission and client approval.

Independent In charge direct reporting to Project Manager for Electrical & Instrumentation Part of the Project.
Good understanding of the flow and logistics needed for the execution of an EPC project. Deft in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for proposed making for EPC project.
Evaluate Overall project’s Philosophy & Concept (Designing >Engineering >Scope & Spec. of Work>.
Finalized the BOM/MTO as per Tender’s documents.
Coordinate with Client, PMC, TPI, Consultant & Vendors,
Motivate the Entire Execution Engineers Team.
Core strengths in coordinating and directing the project team as well as coordinating and controlling all required project management systems.
Installation, Testing and commissioning of HT/LT Sub Stations, Transformer, Control Panel Power Feeder & Distribution Panel & MCC Panels, HT/LT Motors, D.G Set & UPS System, Lighting System & Earthing Protection & Cabling work etc.
Functional & Scheme checks for 33KV, 11KV, 6.6 KV, 415 V Indoor Switchgear with Interlocks.
Stability & Sensitivity Tests for Transformer.
Familiar with Protection Scheme of Transformer Differential & REF Protection.
Electrical Equipment testing CT, PT, Breaker, Relays, Bus bar.
Carried out the Electrical Testing of transformers such as IR value, Winding Resistance, Turns Ratio, Open Circuit Test (Ratio, Vector Group, No Load Magnetizing Current, and Magnetic Core Balance) & Short Circuit Test (%impedance).
Testing of CTs, VTs and CB.
REC 670 testing and commissioning.
Testing of individual equipments such as CTs, PTs, CVTs, Breakers (SF6/Vacuum), Isolators and Protection relays in 400/220/132/66/33/11 KV Outdoor Substations.
Operation and maintenance of 132/33/11 KV substations substation equipment having SF6 CB, Vacuum CB.
Testing & Commissioning of Battery Bank along with Battery charger of 50 v, 110 v, 220 v systems.
Testing & Commissioning of SOLAR System.
Actively involved in Field Instruments, Process Instruments, Gas Metering Skid, and Flow Meter, Gas Chromatograph.
Automaton & Control System Integration with existing control Network DCS & SCADA
System Integration with DCS, system check with Simulation & testing of trip interlocks in co-ordination with operations.

• Work Plan & scheduling of construction and Commissioning activities work Progress follow up with the contractors.
• Coordinate with Contractor and provide Technical Specification, feed drawings, Job Procedure & Quality Inspection Testing Procedure (ITP)
• Testing & Commissioning of Transformer & D.G Set.
• Commissioning of Battery Bank for Telecom System, Conduct the Battery Bank (Charging & Discharging).
• Power Distribution System at Telecom System, Control Panels, Battery charger, PS, SMPS DC to DC Converter System.
• Monitoring the commissioning of AMF Control & Standard Panel for D.G sets with Alarm system. Testing & commissioning of utilities such as ACDB, Battery Bank, SMPS, PAC, and Split A.C.

• Engaged in online maintenance work of Production line System & machineries like Melting Furnaces (7 &10Tons), Aluminum Casting Station, Induction Heater, Oven, and Ageing Furnaces & Conveyers.
• Trouble shooting & Maintenance work of 1600 M.T PLC (A.B) base Hydraulic Aluminum Extrusion Press (High Pressure Electro Hydraulic Pump with Proportional Solenoid control Valve, Pressure Transducer, )
• Actively involved in maintenance work of Hydraulics’, Pneumatic machineries, Overheads Cranes, Compressors, Tool Room machineries.
• Trouble shooting & maintenance work of Different Temperature Controllers & Sensors (Digital & PID Controller), SMPS, UPS & Servo Stabilizer.
• Experienced in trouble of different type of Transmitter (PT, TT, Flow, Level & PID Controller etc) & Sensors like RTD PT-100, Different type of Thermocouples etc.
• Experienced in Bench test and component level repair of motor drives and other kinds of electronic PCBs.
