Responsibilities:
• Consults with senior leadership regarding workforce planning including workforce diversity, forecasted hiring needs, etc. Ensures that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, to build trust and expertise in the functions, to enable confident conversations with candidates about teams and roles across the business.
• Deliver results through productivity / quality KPIs, time, cost, experience, reporting, ratio's, data integrity and process adherence.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, including utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Evaluate and select recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring process.
• Worked as Acting GM HR for two months during ailment of GM HR.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee relations issues as both a management coach and employee advocate. Apply effective mediation and problem-resolution with a solid understanding of company policy and practice.
• Communicate to and update on all relevant/new employment laws and regulations, ensure compliance in all aspects, and minimize risk to the business.
• Coordination with Affiliates offices for HR / Management Issues Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel, employees, recruitment relations records and files. Maintaining the annual leave plans of employees

Responsibilities:
• Successfully recruited for different job categories. Partnered with the Management & formulated Data Direct Mission, Vision & Values and supported the change management process.
• Preparing source documentation needed for new hires or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits and medical cards for employees.
• Tracked attendance for all internal & on-site employees, time sheets & related approvals.
• Performed job analysis to formulate JDs.
• Maintains & Update Employees Data including their dependents data on TIS, HCM and in personal files processing Employee ID cards.
