Acting as project manager for all abroad projects and business solutions development (Iraq, Syria), and project coordinator for ERP Implementations at holding level (Microsoft AX), reporting to CIO.
• Created and implemented a business solution model for new markets (Microsoft NAV).
• Acting as project manager for implementation of new modules in the business solutions unit.
• Developing, implementing, and automating the business processes for the entire group for better performance & efficiency.
• Implemented Microsoft AX for nine legal entities with front-back modules (1st full-fledged implementation in the region).

Budgeting, reporting, and control activities within the whole group for retail businesses (luxury goods, fashion), distribution businesses (pharmaceutical, FMCG, P&C), and services departments in collaboration with all managers and corporate financial management, reporting to CFO.
• Created and implemented a cost allocation model of services activities for budgeting and control.
• Created a consolidated mapping sheet from which extracted all financial statements periodically.
• Created a monthly topline model for sales & margins reporting and control.
• Provided support for the implementation of new processes and controls and the implementation of new systems.
• Set and controlled new SOPs and internal controls within the group.
• Lead the finance structuring project "Building Effective Finance Function".

Handled accounts payable management, then cash & bank accounts follow-up, reporting to chief accountant.
• Lead the implementation of cash & bank module (Microsoft GP), and set new procedures related to the treasury section.
• Created and implemented a monthly cash flow forecast model with a daily cash flow follow-up.
