- Deliver Project management and Six Sigma practitioners training courses.
- Contribute in M&A activities & exercises across RTA & its subsidiaries.
- Review, discuss and negotiate RTA organizational structure changes with the Executive council in Dubai.
- Conduct detailed high-level organizational and operational efficiency studies.
- Assist the C-Suite management in preparing for local and international workshops, events and seminars.
- Keep the company’s CEO aware of new trends and technologies related to the company’s line of business.
- Provide feedback on public policies and regulations in line with the legislative body feedback.
- Conduct M&A and Due Diligence Exercises in assessing corporate opportunities.
- Assist the team in maximizing the benefits from innovation vehicles such as; "Innovation hubs", "Hackathons" "Incubators & Accelerators" "Knowledge & innovation Labs", "Design Thinking Workshops", "Future Foresight Sessions".
- Continuously promote the organization's business and services.
Lead, manage, direct project/program engagements and ensure on time projects deliverables.
- Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget
- Provide direction, project management support, to project teams.
