•Creating and managing property listings using the CRM software and making sure that the listings
meet 100% quality score in all property online portals.
•Monitoring data quality, data migrations, and data integration for each property portals.
•Evaluating and configuring CRM system to provide detailed end user documentation.
•Creating weekly listing performance reports from the property portals and determining how to improve to get maximum exposure.
•Monitor daily quality report, data migrations, data integration and escalations.
•Contributed for designing the flow of Collections Fraud Management Process.
