• Ensures that customer vehicles are fixed right from the first time including cars with customer complaint.
• Achieve the monthly Quality Information Report target for Hyundai vehicles.
• Give technical approval for selected warranty parts.
• Train selected service center technician to apply the TSBs as per the determined schedule.
• Make daily quality control inspection for some random vehicles for monitoring and improving our service quality.
• Solving technical issues which didn’t solved by the workshops (for all Ghabbour workshops).
• Update software of diagnostic scan tool as & when required.
• Assist team leaders and technicians who are having difficulty in diagnosing complex problems.
Achieved the 1st position in the (Engines Section).
Among 54 countries, a total of 145 competitors participated including 87 specialists in an Olympic-style competition.
Ensures that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time & estimated cost and all items on the repair order job are completed and be recorded on back of process card.
Keep Service Advisors constantly informed of delays and additional work found.
Order and follow up parts orders with Parts Department.
Avoids unnecessary replacement of spare parts.
Ensures that replaced parts are kept in plastic bags in vehicle luggage compartment & customer vehicle is cleaned before delivery.
Inspect & test drive vehicle on which repairs are performed.
Returns those vehicles failing the quality control inspection to the technician who performed work. And provide him with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them & assist/ guide him to solve the problem.
Ensure consistently high quality work of all service and repairs.
Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals. Ensure the CSI evaluation score is not less than 81% and the comeback percent less than 3%.
Ensure all Technicians are appropriately dressed and ready for work on time.
Advises management regarding technician job performance, training needs, & other specific areas as requested by management.
Ensuring all technicians are adequately trained.
Conducts OJT for his group technicians.
Proper utilization of service facilities e.g. equipment, SST. Manuals, testers, etc.
Ensure to go on the right track by following up the company policy, SOP and working process to achieve the company vision and mission.
