Responsibilities at government ministries project (New Administrative Capital):
- Read and interpret technical shop drawings, or schematics to support onsite construction
activities.
- Prepare the monthly interim invoices related to all Mechanical works for the main contractor.
- Prepare shop drawings and as built drawings.
- Quantity Survey
- Documentation and prepare inspection request (IR), material inspection request (MIR), Site
clarification request (SCR)
- Review the project documents (project design, BOQ, technical submittals, etc. ...)
- Prepare PR for all materials needed to ensure continuous progress.
Responsibilities as R&D manager assistant for Hose reel department:
- Follow-up production process of hose reel units
- Provide weekly report of production process of hose reel units
- Follow up with procurement and production departments concerning the department demands.
Responsibilities as R&D Engineer:
- Follow-up production process of new products.
- Design & develop tools help to improve production process.
- Generate 3d modeling and 2d drawings for products using (Solidworks - Draft Sight - AutoCAD ...) softwares.
- Create and modify BOM for products on Oracle system.
Responsibilities as Molds Engineer:
- Prepare and plan preventive maintenance for plastic and stamping molds.
- Follow-up and implement corrective maintenance for plastic and stamping molds
