◦ Study the modification that came from OEM and assistance in modifying BOM in Oracle.

◦ Calculate process cycle time & evaluate to improve processes distribution on production lines to match the required production rates, quality standards, cost with relative to man power by using lean knowledge.

◦ Issues engineering changes to all cross functional teams.

◦ Accelerate to ensure projects tasks finished accurately on time (design layouts, adapts OEM production process to be suitable for plant production lines, man power training and time study).

◦ Working on ISO TS16949 certification. Through managing the workflow across engineering department.

◦ Establishment of pFEMA, control plan and work instructions working systems

◦ Following Hyundai motor company Audit team to maintain the accomplishment of newly assembled vehicle.

Role:
• Follow- up on the implementation progress of projects
• Works on project specific requirements & technical specifications for each project .
• Selects contractors to carry out projects construction, expansion, replacement and renovation
• Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers and contractors to study the technical nature of the project and agree on the work plan
