DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES
• Managing a team of insurance consultants, to coach and lead them closing their individual targets.
• Managing an own portfolio of 15 Million AED of general business lines and good portfolio of Life insurance and investment policies.
• Obtain referrals/self-generated leads and generate new business, Identify and establish sources of obtaining new lead generation.
• Engage in follow-up with clients the objective being to secure the sale.
• Engage in selling and promoting only the range of products and services as authorized and provided by the company.
• Strives to meet outbound sales targets.
• Build and maintain relations with relationship managers /contact points in insurance companies and TPAs.
• Liaise with insurance companies/membership department to solve queries whenever need arises.
