*Enforce the brand image, through different channels :
-Stick to the hospitality standards, which target a maximum customer satisfaction.
-Keep the store ambience perfect at all the times, through the labor appearance, service area cleanliness, and general atmosphere of the store.
-Ensure all the quality specs are applied, different raw materials was sensitive, great attention should have been set during receiving, storing and producing processes.
-Track and resolve any maintenance issue quickly, not to affect the customer experience.
-Focus on the service issue related to explain all the new menu items to the customers, the professional way to present the different items.
-Focus on the Home Delivery service, set with the brand HD manager the zone development plan, communicate with the management team the positives and the opportunities facing them.
-Set LSM plans for the store as matching the store customer class
* Run all the shift operation duties including :
-Ensure the correct shift start up, ensure the briefing meeting contains the shift targets, and ensure all the team members are up to the appearance standards.
-Prepare the shift control management forms, which help to organize the shift procedures.
-Focus on the customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complain effectively.
-Check the inventory levels and ensure the availability of all the raw materials all the times.
