REACH initiative and CASH project Focal Point
1. Handling complaints, feedback and referrals.

Daily Worker:
· Handling the accountability hotline documenting and responding to complaints, questions, sensitive reports, and requests for support as received from various stakeholders.
· Making referrals to relevant service providers through the service mapping and Activity info, following the standardized referral system;
· Identify, establish, and support referral mechanisms for services in areas of operation;
· Apply best practices to ensure Do No Harm when responding to hotline feedback.
Beirut Blast intervention: Answering calls and assessing people and assisting individuals with question after Beirut Blast.
This short-term project aim to prepare the students for the new academic year, focusing on Social and emotional learning, especially students with serious educational problems, like Syrian refugees
