• Overall responsible for strategic planning of resources for targeting new opportunities and business development
• Devise effective strategies for electrical cost centre which includes a diverse range of products
• Interface, co-ordinate and initiate promotional strategies through monthly customer satisfaction surveillance plans, product seminars
• Proactively contributed in assessing manpower requirements and conducting Recruitment & Selection process using best sources of recruitment.
• Actively involve in tender preparation/participation and to pursue the matter for managing tenders, negotiation and payment follow ups, etc.
• Formulate and define cost effective short/long term budgets and corporate strategies for effective market penetration of products thereby increasing market share and achieve pre-set sales and profit targets
