Present Job Profile:
i) Day to day Accounting, Billing, Vouchers, Banking Activities, BRS, Branch Accounts Using Tally ERP 9.
ii) Purchase & Sales Accounting of the Branch and Sister Concern, Co-ordination with the Marketing & Sales Staffs and Managers to Achieve the Organizational Goals of Revenue Maximization.
iii) Bills Receivables and Payables Management and following up with the Vendors and Respective Customers for collection of dues and outstanding.
IV) Statutory Taxation matters of Service Tax, TDS, Income Tax, P.Tax, ESI & PF Etc.
V) Finalization of Accounts making all the necessary Provisions and deferred entries as suggested by the management and by the company auditor.
Vi) MIS Report Preparation regarding, Accounts, marketing & Sales, Administration, etc
Vii) General Business & Commercial Correspondences and Office Administration and Liaisoning with the Various Departments of Govt. & other Organizations for various Statutory matters.
Viii) Presently Handling a Team of Four (4) Executives, to assign them Job Responsibility as per the Organizational requirements.
ix) Documentations and processing of foreign remittance for Bangladesh Business Operations.
X) Looking after and Co- Ordination with the Various consultants of the Statutory matters and timely payment and filling of return of Service Tax, ETDS, P.Tax, ESI, PF etc.
Job Profile:
i) Day to day Branch Accounting, Brach Banking Activities Using Tally ERP 9.
ii) Purchase & Sales Accounting of the Branch and Sister Concerns, Co-ordination with the Marketing & Sales Staffs and Managers to Achieve the Organizational Goals of Revenue Maximization.
iii) Bills Receivables and Payables Management and following up with the Vendors and Respective Customers for collection of dues and outstanding.
IV) MIS Report Preparation regarding, Accounts, marketing & Sales, Administration, etc
v) General Business & Commercial Correspondences and Office Administration and Liaisoning with the Various Departments of Govt. & other Organizations for various Statutory matters.
vi) Physical Stock verification and General Stores Management.
vii) Traveling to other Branches of the Company throughout India for the purpose of Internal Audit and Co-ordination, Vigilance & monitoring.
Viii) Presently Handling a Team of Four (4) Executives, to assign them Job Responsibility as per the Organizational requirements.
ix) Looking after and Co- Ordination of the other Statutory matters like Service Tax, VAT, ETDS, P.Tax, ESI, PF etc.
