To participate in a team of Corporate HR personnel.

To support the delivery of an effective generalist HR service through efficient execution of work processes.

To source, identify and select suitable candidates according to existing procedures, agreed time levels and budgets.

To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information

To identify, analyze and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.

Process, evaluate the Compensation and Benefit Scheme for the employees and does the increment/promotions for Employees in ERP Oracle after consulting with the particular project/department.

Conducting the Exit Interviews for employees. Highly involved in the retention of employees during the process of Exit Interviews.

Conducting and Coordinating all the Games / Sports and Cultural activities in the company.

To maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.

To maintain strong internal customer relationships with designated Company business areas.

To assist with the identification, analysis and resolution of HR issues.

To undertake daily HR administration activities relating to employee documentation and travel requirements.

To coordinate the signing and tracking of documents including approvals and delegation of authority.

To assist secretaries in interpretation of Company policies and procedures.

To act as a focal point to meet and greet senior personnel at the Corporate offices.

To assist employees with problems, redirecting them and acting a filter for the Designated Director schedule as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1.Analyse and process credit proposals and applications.

2.Ensure proper filing of all documents and accurate record maintance and develop communications and follow up for notes undertake all other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

3.Regulated all approvals within the credit policy.

4.Eligibility calculations, Deviations, Mitigants are mentioned in the file movement.

5.Assign duties to Junior Credit Analyst and Field Investigation Department.

6.Assess the Credibility of the Clients.

7.Recommend improvements in operational procedures and risk areas from time to time.

8.Enters data into Financial Database (Oracle )

9.Gives internal training to new Credit Managers.

10.Facilitate processing and underwriting credit Requests.

11.Financial Statements and Income Tax Return Statements are being checked and evaluated.

12.Identify dealers with positive and negative trends in performance in conjunction with the Sales Team.

13Maintain and build good relationships with Retail Credit, Area Credit and National Credit Managers.

14.Month end closing works and monthly auditing are made internally.

15.Insure the appropriate action is taken in terms of proper risk rating in participation in development of action plans and communication thereof.

16.Identify new business opportunity and make them a reality.

17.Exercise credit authority within range of responsibility for new credit requests or for on going renewal of existing credits.

18.Actively participates in calling programs with time of Business Management and Relationship Managers.

19.Prepares the MIS Reports and send to the respective Credit Managers
