Specializes in Ironmongery Specification and responsible for the preparation of BOQ’s, Scope of Work and Submission of turnkey Project Quotations and tenders, also analyzes the drawings and do the Quantity Take-off.
Ensures cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality of workmanship of every project by performing the following duties which includes but not limited to: production of working drawings and specifications, estimate construction materials with value engineering and scheduling of work and material delivery
Preparation of as-built plans and 3D rendered works for client presentations, project supervision and manpower allocation, submit quotations, prepares estimates, scope of workand gather information regarding designs, specifications and materials for the project
