Prepares daily activity reports and monthly reports. Assists in the preparation of presentations and other reports required by the department.
Check Contractor’s invoices and verifies rates and quantities billed. Allocates charges to appropriate cost centers. Obtains approval on Invoice Registration and Payment Voucher.
Compilation of tender documents, tender management, formation and administration of contracts. Ensure good relationship with suppliers and build and maintain relationship with key vendors. Oversee development and updating of the tendering plan and schedule. Bid evaluation. Perform the commercial evaluation of bids and engage in negotiations. Coordinate technical evaluation.
Perform final recommendations and oversee preparation of presentation to Tender Committees. Member/Secretary of the Tender Committee.
• Assists the Manager in the implementation of the Custodial Services in the Division to outsourced and monitored by means of Contract Work Requests CWR for the following services. Housekeeping/Janitorial Services, Waste Collection, Sorting and Disposal, Pest Control, Washroom Hygiene and Sanitary Equipment and Monitoring and Inspection, ensuring satisfaction of the end users/requesters by the work/service provided.

Assists in the preparation of presentations and other reports required by the department.• Functions as the document controller for the department. Keeps a record of the status of the project deliverables. Highlights the status of documents outstanding from other departments, consultants and vendors. • Collates all FM and PM work orders, work requests, workorders, including assignment of classifications, priorities and target dates.• Maintains extensive contact with our internal customer in the QF. Verifies requirements with customers to • Originates the approved FM Project Folders and pass to the appropriate Supervisor for implementation.
