Mobilize ready to service equipment and personnel to site.
Ensure all related journey management and safety paper work are fully complied with and signed off prior to leaving base.
Hold meeting with Company Rep and confirm volume calculations and other contingency as may arise.
Hold tool box meeting with crew on location and rig up to stand pipe.
Conduct post trip checklist on all equipment prior to commencement of the job.
Confirm materials inventory on location as par job and relate to base for onward planning.
Check chlorine content of drilling water prior to mixing fluid with addition of biocide.
Inspect mixed fluid tanks and recalibrate to accommodate dead volume. Assign Roles and responsibility to crew as par level of training
Hold safety meetings and tool box meeting with crew and other team on site
Supervise Additive mixing and Tank Management
Inspect Float equipment and load with company representative present
Ensure job ticket, charts and all paper work all signed and revert to base promptly after job
Coordinate site cleanup after each job and make it fit for work.
Ensure Operator pump as par job design
Hold meetings with company Rep on daily drilling activities and revert same to base for planning.
Ensure cement samples and additives are sent to base prior to job commencement
Ensure good Demobilization plan after each job
Conduct after action review after each job on site.
Ensure flawless execution of quality jobs at clients location, Ensure Pre mob inspection, Pre job, Pre Trip, Post Job evaluation is carried out for contineous improvement.
Ensure QHSE standards are followed with respect to Upstream Process Safety.
Ensure units and equipment are ready prior to job execution.
Ensure job tickets and job evaluation are carried out.
Ensure correct volume calculations, Bump pressure, Collapse,
excellent knowledge on equipment maintenance procedures.
liaise with the site supervisor to execute flawless quality services in oil well cementing
Ensure right bulking of additives, sound tanks, calibrate unit and associate equipment, Rigup of equipment, correct eight of slurry and samples are collect during jobs.
Act as Bulk plant operator during Cement operations, and wash down units and pumping operation.
CORE COMPETENCE: upstream process safety on spotting and rig up
operations for cementing and stimulations for deep offshore, land and swamp (barges).
Fly mixing and pumping of cement slurry using RAM units, TUCANO, PSM,
Total of cumulative 5 GPA, with a 3.02GP second class honors in Physics.
