Key Functions - Carry out day to day instrument project and inspections.
» Install and commission instrumentation systems and equipment,
including sensors, transmitters, controllers, analysers, and control
valves. Follow installation procedures, wiring diagrams, and safety
guidelines to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
» Conduct tasks related with maintenance and operations team.
» Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs.
» Conduct instrumentation evaluations and troubleshooting for electrical,
pneumatic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
» Comply with every approved operation and maintenance procedures.
» Conduct on-going aseptic maintenance and c lean work area.
» Calibration of Equipment as per maintenance specification. (Gauges,
Transmitters, Valves).
» Following company rules and regulations
» Diagnose and resolve issues with malfunctioning instrumentation
systems. Utilize technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and equipment
manuals to troubleshoot problems, identify faulty components, and
perform repairs or replacements as needed.
» Fisher Control Valve sales/techinican.
» Compile Unit trip procedure paperwork
