Key Result Areas: • Manual Testing (Black Box testing), Functional Testing, User acceptance Testing, Validation Checking.
• Test the modules including Inventory, Finance, Personnel and Payroll, Fixed Asset, Customer Relation Management, Document Management, Real Estate, Production and the work shop Modules.
• Interaction with Development Team and fine Tuning of Program.

• Resolve the customers problems connecting by Team Viewer, Log me or Remote Desktop Connectivity (RDP)
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
• Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
• Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.
• Develop or modify the Reports according to the customer's requirements.
• Analyze the SQL Queries and change to attain the performance. Tuning in Queries
• Played the role of Technical Lead in all types of Customization and Integration with Oracle Applications in AP/AR/GL/FA modules.
• Involved in GL Consolidation rules mapping and developed custom reports according to the requirement of the client.
• Worked on Custom forms, Reports, Interface and Data Migration for this new Application.
• Design and development of screen interface using SQL, Forms, Reports and Menu layout.
• Developed programming standards, web form templates with menu driven facility, libraries of reusable code, oracle stored procedures and functions and row level and column level security using Roles for the development effort.
• Installing new applications and customising existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose.
• Testing new versions of the DBMS;
• Attending Demonstration of the software and documenting the requirements.
