1- Reporting to Engineering Manager
2- Prepare the Project File, Documents and Cost Control Sheets prior to start of Engineering.
3- Make Project Plan using Primavera P6.
4- Prepare the Technical Submittal for Fire Alarm (Notifier and Kidde) And Fire Suppression Systems (FM-200, NOVEC 1230 and CO2 Systems) including the design drawings, Flow Calculation for Fire Suppression systems, Batteries Calculations, Drop Voltage Calculations, and ensure that the work is done as per the Project Specification and within the Budget limit.
5- Prepare Causes and Effects Matrix Prior to Programming.
6- Prepare the Bill of Quantities for the Project as per approved Drawings.
7- Prepare the Testing and Commissioning Manuals.
8- Prepare the Operation and Maintenance Manuals
9- Manage team of CAD Operators for the Design of fire alarm and Fire Fighting Systems
10- Provide Technical Support for Operation Team to ensure that the installation as per the Approved Drawings and Project Specification..
11- Attend technical Review meeting of Submittals with client, Consultant and the Owner.
12- Place the Purchase Order for the Material related to the project, and Follow up with the Suppliers until the Material arrive to Site in coordination with the Procurement and Operations Departments.
Monitoring and Supervision for PLCs Network.
Industrial network realization and supervision on touch panel and Labview with PLCs Telemecanique using Ethernet and ModBus protocols. Saving data on NI OPC Server to control and Monitor the System.
Worked in Maintenance Department as an Electrical Engineer to support the team in technical Matters.
Prepared the Panel Board for Pipe Cutting Machine ( relays, Timers, etc...)
