Position Purpose:
Contribute to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to communications, Audiovisuals and related technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide 24/7 IT Technical Support as scheduled by the manager and follow the time frame (SLA) to complete the services request or incident based on the agreement.
• Respond to Call Center and receive calls related to IT Technical Support.
• Troubleshoot all technologies issue.
• Connect and set up hardware or software as requested by the customer and approved by the customer service manager.
• Establish and enforce CSC services level agreements in consultation with end users to establish problem resolution expectations and timeframe.
• Coordinate and/or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring system and applications.
• Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
• Track and analyze trends in CSC request and generate statistical reports.
• Oversee development and dissemination of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQ list for end users.
• Attend training seminars, conferences, and trade show to broaden knowledge of current and future CSC issues and technologies.
• Train, coach and mentor CSC Technicians and junior staff.
• Respect patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
• Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Create, remove and edit staff email accounts and shared folder based on their needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Creating newly hired Staff Emails, Department Emails, Distribution Group Emails and controlling message recipient number using Microsoft Exchange (Active Directory).
• Troubleshoots malfunctioning Thin Clients and workstation running Windows and Linux Image.
• Assisting the Network Team and the System Team troubleshooting problems under their areas.
• Creating Documented Procedures on how they can connect to devices inside the hospital especially on Wi-Fi and Printers. Procedures for configuring emails on mobiles devices (Windows, Android and IOS), and Laptops using MS Outlook 2010 and 2013 (Windows OS and MAC)
