Responsibilities;
1. 1. Coordinate with the Client or Client representative on daily basis for any issues pertaining to the deviation of works quality and revision details.
2. 2. Reviews and prepares ITP’s, RFI’s, MS, Lifting Plan (Precast, Steel Erection & Roof/Wall Panel Cladding) ensuring the works execution is in accordance to QCS, PQP and Project’s Safety Plan.
3. 3. In-charged for SDR, NCR & CAR closed out submittal for the Engineer’s approval.
4. 4. Evaluate the works progress against the baseline program of the project.
5. 5. Oversee the material quality inspection delivered on site to ensure it is in compliance to the approved MAR & QCS specification.
6. 6. Coordinate with the designer pertaining to site revision drawings prior to submission for Engineers approval.
Project:
1. Umm AlHoul Qatar Economic Zone (QEZ-3) Infrastructure and Marine Works.
Client: Manateq
Location: Messaied, Qatar
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management and Supervision for EQZ-3 Marine and Infrastructure project which consist of the following works;
a. Road construction from Asphalt laying, Traffic signage installation and Road markings as per QTCM standards.
b. Marine activities from construction of Ship Synchro -lift Travel Ship lift, Under water Pile construction as well as Slipway and Pocket deepening drilling works.
c. Underground works from Micro-tunneling, Wet and Dry Utilities and Construction of manhole chamber (ISV, DC, Sand - trap, MV/LV, ELV, SCADA and Fire / Potable Water Thrust Block) as well as street light foundations (Ht-30mtrs, 15mtrs. & 10mtrs.).
d. Construction of Substation and Primary station (Structural and Fit out works).
e. Construction of Marine workshop building from steel structural erection to Roof and Wall Cladding works.
2. Review Contractor's submittals such as Material submission, Method statement and etc.
3. Attend to Inspection Request (IR) submitted by contractor and make appropriate action in timely manner.
4. Report any works carried out by contractor found to be not in accordance with the approved drawing and specifications, Report to immediate supervisor concern for proper action and discharge instruction to contractor.
5. Monitor quality of works, and assess the safety at site, including health and environmental issues ensuring the same to be in compliance to the contracts/ QCS specifications.
6. Maintained records for the daily activities on site including progress photos, and readily available for inspection as time need arises.
7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of work versus the time and suggest measures to expedite the work if found to be behind the schedule.
8. Assist in measurement for quantity of work done at site.
9. Coordinate with colleague within the organization in the smooth transition of work.
10. Preparing Surveillance Report for any deficiencies of work found at site, that are believe to be failed or contractor not complying with verbal instructions. And subsequent Non Conformance Report (NCR) if reasonable in view of the development of events.
11. Attend and supervise structural works at job site and report anything that affect the quality of works.
12. Exercise firm and fair in dealing with contractor, and exercise better judgment in discharging instruction at all times.
13. Prepare Snag List before closing of project.
14. Assist in the checking of As Built Drawing.
Project:
1. Doha Metro Red Line South Twin Tunnel (32 km)
Client: Q - Rail
2. QEAF Fire Fighting Training Area Relocation.
Client: HIA/QEAF
Location: Al Matar, Qatar
Responsibilities:
1. Managed site operation for the construction of RLS stations (7 nos.) including Switch Box station.
2. Review and checking of structural drawings and BBS steel quantity for Metro rail station in-situ reinforced structure.
3. Oversees the waterproofing application from foundation to wall construction to ensure execution adheres as per the specification requirements.
4. Involve in station finishing touches and fit out works (Cladding and Finishing masonry works).
5. Manage the construction of TBM Launching Shaft and Entry Eye for TBM’s no.3 and no.4.
6. Manage TBM assembly and operation works for the 32 km Twin Tunnel Doha Metro Red line South.
7. Oversee the construction and erection of overhead cranes as well daily checking and monitoring during tunneling operation.
8. Oversee the construction of 52 nos Cross Passages by NATM system throughout the starting process from Portal Construction, Fore pole drilling, Jumbo drilling for blast charging, Primary shotcreting, Rock bolting/grouting & Mesh setting, Arch shutter and Girder installation, Benching and Invert concreting.
9. Manage the rail track setting and the daily monitoring to ensure locomotive safe movement.
10. Engage on daily tunnel ring building QA/QC inspection.
11. Engage in 32 km Twin Tunnel Handover inspection with the client (QRAIL)
12. Engage in Tunnel Interface coordination between Track works team (PORR), Construction rail operation (MHHKT) and Tunnel repair and snag closed out works (JV-RLS).
13. Manage the Tunnel Injection works (Cement and P.U grout) for ring joints leakage rectification.
14. Prepares Method Statements, ITP’s, RFI’s, Risk Assessments and SDR/NCR closed out for the work execution of the ff: 1. Railway track slab concreting, 2. Grouting and Segment Erection, 3. Workshop Site Installation, 4. Grout Batching Plant Set up, 5. TBM Backup equipment setup and installation, 6. Cross Passage liner concreting & waterproofing works.
15. Prepares Construction Schedule, Sub-con BOQ and Contract Work Scope.
16. Review drawing submittal for Q - Rail's Approval.
Project:
1. Muharraq STP and Sewer Conveyance (EPC)
Client: MOW Bahrain
Location: Al Hidd, Bahrain
Responsibilities:
1. Review structural design drawing and BBS for the 54 nos. 30mtrs. Depth permanent shaft, STP reservoir tank structure and Jacking pipes structural design.
2. Micro-tunneling Site Control Manager for the execution of Deep Gravity 16 km Sewer construction using 14 units of MTBM machines ( Herrenknecht and Iseki brand )
3. Oversee the construction permanent shaft installation as well as waterproofing applications.
4. Oversee the Stakeholders coordination.
a. BAPCO - Engaged in the interface discussion for the approval of the conveyance pipe line route and the utilities diversion line in accordance to Oil & Gas Project Standards & Construction Codes & Standard.
b. EWA & TRA - Interface coordination and submittal of RO and MS for approval pertaining to all existing live utilities. Clashing during TBM operations and Pipe Installations.
c. ROAD TRAFFIC AUTHORITY- Oversee the submittal of Traffic Management Plan and Diversion Route method statement
5. Prepares proposals and Method statements of any modification of MTBM as per site actual requirements.
6. Conduct Inspections of all Micro - tunneling TBM setting out and Materials prior to TBM launching.
7. Inspect jacking shaft wall geological soil condition and secant piles stability.
8. Reviews, Jacking System thrust wall and Soft eye structural design.
9. Coordinates jacking pipes manufacturer with regards to the design of the pipes for Straight tunnel drives and Curved tunnel drive lines.
10. Review and Check the application of hydraulic joints for the long curved tunnel drive.
11. Responsible for the completion of first in GCC’s multi-curvature 1 kilometer sewer drive using hydraulic control method and GMT guidance system
12. Oversee the execution and completion of first sea crossing 800 meters length sewer drive.
13. In-charge in Sewer tunnel flow test for line and level final confirmation and handover inspection with client (Bahrain Ministry).
Project:
1. P/682-3 Doha North Main Sewerage Treatment Interceptor
Client: ASHGHAL - PWA
Location: Doha North, Qatar
Responsibilities:
1. Site management in charge of the construction of 33 km Micro tunneling of North Doha Sewerage Treatment Interceptor sewer line, with 13 units Slurry Type Machine (TBM).
2. Review structural design drawing and BBS for the 107 nos. 48mtrs. Depth permanent shaft, Vortex type collector shaft structure and Jacking pipes structural design
3. Oversee the material inspection of jacking pipes ranging from Ø 2400 mm, Ø1800mm, Ø1600mm, Ø1400mm, Ø1000 mm, the 24 km Road construction and furniture (Asphalt laying, Road Markings, Road signage as per QTCM requirements).
4. Responsible for the Construction (Footings and Precast Ring Sinking) of 97 Launching and Reception shafts with a depth of 38 meters by 14 meters diameter.
5. Supervise and inspect shaft wall stability during excavation and provides corrective measures such as, Shotcrete and Wire net reinforcement.
6. In-charge and supervises Manhole lower chamber waterproofing works, such as poly urethane grout injection application.
7. Coordinates and controls project construction by continuous inspections of work progress for quality, workmanship and conformance with plans and specifications.
8. Inspects and evaluates tests and procedures used in quality control program.
9. Ensures that Specified quality control inspections and functions are properly performed.
10. Highly familiar in pressure and gravity type pipe line test, such as, hydrostatic (infiltration and exfiltration), Air test in compliance with ASTM C828 specification standard.
11. Reviews drawings and materials for compliance with the standards specifications.
12. Constructability, Recommends alternative construction methods where applicable.
13. Monitors safety programs and procedures as set forth in the Contract documents.
14. Compiles or directs the compilation of various reports pertaining to project activity,

1. Boiler installation, Chiller and STP equipment’s setting.
2. Hot / cold, Gas (ammonia), Sewage Water treatment pipe line installation and inspection.
3. Responsible for safety implementation for boiler and gas lines as per standard regulations.
4. Highly familiar in pipe line testing, such as, hydrostatic (internal and external), Air tests in compliance with ASTM standards.
5. Responsible for the monitoring of all the existing structure stability.
