c. Underground works from Micro-tunneling, Wet and Dry Utilities and Construction of manhole chamber (ISV, DC, Sand - trap, MV/LV, ELV, SCADA and Fire / Potable Water Thrust Block) as well as street light foundations (Ht-30mtrs, 15mtrs. & 10mtrs.).
d. Construction of Substation and Primary station (Structural and Fit out works).
e. Construction of Marine workshop building from steel structural erection to Roof and Wall Cladding works.
2. Review Contractor's submittals such as Material submission, Method statement and etc.
3. Attend to Inspection Request (IR) submitted by contractor and make appropriate action in timely manner.
4. Report any works carried out by contractor found to be not in accordance with the approved drawing and specifications, Report to immediate supervisor concern for proper action and discharge instruction to contractor.
5. Monitor quality of works, and assess the safety at site, including health and environmental issues ensuring the same to be in compliance to the contracts/ QCS specifications.
6. Maintained records for the daily activities on site including progress photos, and readily available for inspection as time need arises.
7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of work versus the time and suggest measures to expedite the work if found to be behind the schedule.
