Maintaining the SOPs for the HR & Admin Team. Timely updating of the SOPs as per the change in Policies or process.
Manages and controls Manpower planning process across the division, by regular review of needs, analysing, and recommending necessary changes.
Overall supervision on the Facility Management functions, People Support, Establishing Process, Improvement & Upkeep and Technology Integration.
Employee Services
Administers employee hiring and maintenance, by, entering data about new hires to the ERP and prints all documentation for the employee and the personnel files.
Supports HR Projects and Initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
Advise on salary increase requests.
Manpower Planning
Leads continuous improvements while building the Organization Design and Manpower Planning Policies, Processes, and Strategies within the overall guidelines of Organization.
Oversees the development and maintenance of Organization Design/Creation, by understanding the customer operations and best practice of workflows
Manages and controls Manpower planning process across, by regular review of needs, analyzing, and recommending necessary changes.
Ensures that ERP Data related to Manpower and Organization is up-to-date, by automating and enhancing the process to fulfil Dept. requirements.
Manages the preparation and submission of related Management Reports (regular/ad-hoc), including organization charts, manpower summaries, movement, analysis, demographics, for all stakeholders (QF Directors, Executive Directors, Finance, etc.).
Support the Recruitment team in providing them with information related to Approved Vacancies and expected to fill those vacancies
On-Boarding
Source and build orientation content for New Employee Orientation
Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions
Assist operations with customized onboarding initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives
Maintaining master personnel records for project employees to ensure accurate integration of records with the payroll systems.
Maintain and process information related to project employee(final settlements, leave processing).
Revenue recognition and billing clients as per contractual terms.
Coordinating with clients, departments to facilitate payroll process within the scheduled timeframe.
Recording transactions related to payroll in the accounting system for processing of employee payouts.
Administer and interprets all policies and procedures for enforcement of provisions of Labor Law.
Assisting Treasury for Salary Distribution (Cash).
Preparing and coordinating timely distribution of Cheques.
Reconciliation of Payroll/Invoice (Client Related).
Assisting the Internal & External Auditors.
Maintenance of Employee Master Data.
Attendance & Time Management.
Updating Employee benefits & compensation ( overtime, bonus, commission & incentives)
Responsible for generating reports to the Personnel Dept monthly on the status of expiry of Employee’s legal documents such as Residence and Passport.
Responsible for generating Payroll report monthly to the Payroll Dept.
Document Controller of various Legal Documents of the Group and generating reports to the Admin Dept weekly on the status of expiry of the legal documents.
Responsible for executing Payroll report.
Analyzing Year & Month end Indemnity & Leave Provision Reports
Executing Employee Leave quota generation on monthly basis.
As the HR Coordinator at BMB (Headcount of 6000 odd employees plus casual employees) the Job profile consists of:
Conducting interviews and incharge of recruitment process.
Involved in the Budgeting process for Personnel Department. Allocation of Budget to different Activity Centers. Year end Trend Analysis and Presentation to the Management.
Credit Ceiling for employees on AlMulla products.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly & yearly report submission to the Top Management and Analysis of various trends in HR practices.
Computation & uploading in the payroll (HRMS system) the approved Quarterly Increments & Yearly Appraisals.
Co-ordinating for Annual Staff Entertainment programme. (Eg. Online Spring Camp reservations, petty cash maintenance)
Working on Oracle based system - FIMS, HRMS, HRIMG & HR Web and Message Manager
Thorough knowledge of Kuwait Labor Laws.
As the HR SPOC at BMB’s Joint Venture (Headcount of 200 odd employees) the Job responsibilities include:
To ensure timely completion of all types of new appointments, probation & contracts.
To control, update and plan all types of leaves for the employees
Responsible for processing the increments, allowances & change in Designation.
To monitor resignation, termination & disciplinary actions.
