As one of the core HR team members, I am accountable for all the HR activities within OIC. I am also managing the HR functions of one of the business units - Equator insurance agency, Life Insurance division, currently 250 + sales professionals and growing.
Successfully completed HRMS and other frontend software integration projects for the Equator.
Successfully completed the Insurance Authority project for UAEn.

Spearheaded a change in primitive HR policies by making it technologically advanced and incorporating it with latest legislation of UAE.
Successfully conducted a major recruitment drive for the hospitality division in a time efficient manner which was acknowledged by the management highly.
Lead a team, handling practical and profitable negotiations with sponsored companies for setting up their business in a win - win manner, which eventually lead us to start a new business set up wing for Sultan Investments.
Supported PRO’s by training and knowledge enhancement seminars conducted by me in the field of online web portals such as, ednrd MOHRE, Enetwasl, DM and DED which not only enhanced the knowledge of PROs but in return reduced the overall cost and time by 20%.
Convinced the management to invest in HRIS soft wares importance and successfully implemented the package

Preparing and conducting yearly performance appraisal
Stay and exit interviews; recommending changes.
Renewal of trade license for all Companies in the Group.
Coordinating with Admin staff for celebrations and events.
All other group HR activates.
• Assist the HR Manager in day to day operations.
• Ensuring starters are set up, sending out information, requesting references
• Producing staff contracts for local staff
• Coordinating probation review processes and assisting with the annual appraisal processes
• First point of contact in absence of HR Manager, answering queries and/or preparing answers under supervision of HR Manager.
• Update and maintain records in the personnel information system
• Prepare various kinds of HR related correspondence
• Assist with visa applications, cancellation and transfer
• Maintain and update personnel files
• Maintain leave administration
• Recruiting & Hiring for the Plant Departments (Production, Quality Control, Warehouse and Maintenance)
• Handling Employee Relations - Discipline, problem solving, inquiries, complaints, counseling, etc.
• Handling employees’ attendance and all HR related data entry.
• Reviewing and updating job descriptions with line managers
• Handling and applying in accordance with Company’s decision regarding compensation & benefits scheme (allowances, salary reviews, etc.)
• Conducting exit interviews
• Orienting new employees and keeping track of their induction program.
