Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary Prepared Quality Detailed Joinery Working Drawings.
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software Incorporate working drawings in any revisions & final drawing approvals.
Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and carpenters on construction projects.
Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials.
Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
Operate computer-aided drafting equipment to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
Prepare Shop-Drawings including the details required to facilitate the execution at the production phase.
Prepare the Job Order for each time, specifying the material required at each production phase (Wood Factory, Paint and installation).
Maintaining the Departments file for each project including all the information required as per the Departments procedure.
Perform such other functions as maybe assigned from time to time
Quantity take-off of Floor & Wall tiles, Counter Top & Roof Insulation.
Prepared Tender and Contract documents, including Bills of Quantities.
Prepared Quality Detailed Counters Drawings and Tile layout.
Provide clear & complete detailed drawings for the installers.
Work within a team in some projects to achieve consistent & exceptional working drawing.
Perform such other functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
