General responsibility: supervise the logistics operations within the Romanian site of Maschio
Gaspardo: planning, material procurement, warehousing and transportation. Manage the day to day
operation of Distribution Center for S-E Europe (Czech Rep, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria,
Romania & Ukraine). Headcount - 62 people. Managing an account of multiple SKU’s (+12k material
types; +1k finished goods).
Selected Achievements and key figures:
• Achieve improved delivery performance to 93% from 84%;
• Stock Accuracy - 94% (increased from 78%);

Main responsibilities: managing the Supply Chain operations within PHILIPS Orastie site -
transportation, warehousing, internal flow, production planning and material procurement.
Headcount - 82 employees (Warehouse operators, forklift drivers, buyers, planners etc.)
Responsible of the S&OP (sales and operations planning) process as well as MPS (Monthly
Production Planning) for the Romanian site. Plan and coordinate stock take process. Responsible for
the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).

Oversee the steps that comprise the supply chain process: planning, development, manufacturing,
storage, logistics and distribution. Manage customers and suppliers accounts. Supervise, coach, guide
and act as first level escalation for a mix team of customer service engineers and material
coordinators; as well as of a
shipping, receiving crew (forklift drivers, dispatchers and warehouse operators). Develop and agree
production planning and sequencing.
