Participated in:
- PhD completion in petroleum polymer engineering (rubber physics)
- teaching Drilling & Completions, Workover, Sand Control and Technical Risk Analysis in Petroleum Engineering
- teaching petroleum engineering calculations,
- guiding students through their period of faculty education
- participating and collaborating in field environmental studies and development projects,
- demonstrating drilling and completion operations to students every year within the faculty summer school as one of the instructors at the training centre drilling rig.
- laboratory research (Polymer testing lab and mud lab)
- preparation and writing of papers and textbooks
- member of many faculty organisational boards
Tasks and obligations performed:
- night drilling and completion supervision at the rig site
- organization of service company callouts
- supervision of casing running jobs
- supervision of casing cementing jobs and pressure tests
- drilling progress reporting
- responsibility for the wellbore equipment and supervising its instalment
- responsibility for the third party supplied materials
- participating in daily operations and safety meetings
- taking care about safety on the rig and drilling/completion equipment
Tasks and obligations performed:
- drilling progress reporting,
- provision of professional assistance to drilling supervisors and toolpushers,
- conduction of safety on the rig (safety meetings, stop card system, inspection of life boats and drilling equipment for safety purposes),
- dealing with crew change and drilling equipment in the absence of OIM (Offshore Installation Manager)

- communication and collaboration with drilling crew
- helping drilling crew in communication with supervisors during night time

PhD is executed in the area of polymer physics (oilfield rubbers testing and characterisation). Thesis title: Characterization of Swelling Packer Sealing Elements for Optimal Swelling in Crude Oil from Croatian Oil Reservoirs
Thesis dealt with Frac packing method application and tools involved. Title: Frac-Pack Stimulation Method Application
