Asteco Property Management has over 27 year experience in the property market. I was appointed in their Facilities Management Division in 2007. As the first employee hired and reporting directly to the Head of Department, I was instrumental in the development from the ground up to what is now a fully fledged Facilities Management department. From inception to present the department has grown and expanded, to manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including low and high rise towers, villa compounds, warehouses & financial institutions.
• Direct and manage inbound and/or outbound site operations to ensure that the operations
staff execute service agreements at or above the customer's standards.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules adjusting to ensure adequate staffing levels that support
operational demands and business objectives.
• Manage and oversee administrative functions of policy and procedures efficiently in a timely
manner and meeting all compliance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional and safe working environment by frequently scheduling
inspections.
• Member of Senior Management Team which is responsible for implementing client initiatives, developing cost saving strategies and creating best practices and key performance indicators
• Developed new management templates to outline and track performance by job function
• Utilise clear communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships
with peers, executives and clients.
• Manage purchase of capital goods, tools, material and other equipment single handed.
• Ensure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented, maintained and audited.
• Manage and maintain budgets for each development in line with client directive.
• Forecast budgets and variances and approval of the same from the clients.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Directed research, development, and implementation of a new software program used by the Engineering department, which included Customer management, maintenance work record per individual unit, inventory, purchase and sale of items, all under a common program.
• Setup a department material store for maintenance spares, with processes for procurement, vendor management, inventory planning and transportation.
• Training of safe working practice to all department personnel as per industry standard.
• Team leader in the Internal fit out of the new Asteco office and assisted in relocation of second office.
• Directed fit out for several other smaller Satellite offices including offices on the Palm, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake towers.
• Solely responsible for acquiring permits for building and modifications from authorities in the Jebel Ali free Zone.

• Other “A” Grade developments in Dubai under the Asteco umbrella.
• Directed setup and handover of operations post BCC for developments such as;
The Executive Office, Latifa Tower, Maze Tower, Oceana Residences, Tiara Residences.
These involve building management, subcontractor management, tenant management and fit out and asset management.
