Effectively implemented HSE plans for the project
Acted as a focal point in coordinating all HSE reporting (monthly statistics, Quarterly performance reviews, near miss reports, behavioral safety audits)
Recorded all “lessons learnt” and transmit them to various project teams.
Advise and Make recommendations on enhancements to HSE activities.
Ensuring various HSE related Documents such as risk assessments, Method statement, work Instructions, Safety Certifications supplied by the Contractors.

Ensure & monitor the implementation of H S E policy & plan.
Ensure compliance with respect to Health, Safety & Environmental aspects as per the company HSE manual and statutory regulation.
Interact and coordinate with clients and other agencies in connection with HSE.
Monitor safety procedure practices & their compliances
Advice the line management on all HSE activities and operational HSE management systems
Ensure and monitor that all personnel understand their HSE responsibilities.
Design and conduct HSE training to all the levels of employees.
Conduct internal safety audit, mock drills, emergency evacuation drills etc. and coordinating third party audits
Organise HSE promotional activities.
Accident investigation, reporting and recording
Carryout regular work site inspection and periodical inspection on safety and fire equipments.
Prepare and update company safety manual, HSE plan, job safety plan, job safety analysis, site safety rules, safety booklets and emergency action plan etc.
Ensure the availability and quality of PPE
Conduct management seminars / meetings.
Interaction with the client and close relation with statutory bodies.
Knowledge of enhancing HSE performance by using latest KPI, DuPont stop techniques.
Knowledge in handling of EPC contracts/ Turnkey projects / Grass root projects / Stand alone
Projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Give support to subordinates to enhance their skills and competence.
Organise HSE program, monthly HSE schedule, year long program etc.
Engage incentive program to earn best result in HSE.
Project Description: GIP (Gas injection platform) 8” Waste water disposal line, Chemical Injection, Sour Gas cooler, 2MW Gas turbine control system up gradation, Installation of New EDG, 5 life boats upon removal of old ones. Major SDM Jobs on Gas Injection / Water Injection / Central collecting / Gas separation platforms.
Job Profile:
Ensuring all project activities are in accordance with Company HSE guidelines and standard
Preparing HSE management plan in line with company HSEMS, standards And guidelines on HSE parameters
Monitoring contractor safety management systems to ensure compliance With Company HSE management system
Reviewing contractor safety performance throughout the project and provide assessment reports to Safety Engineer
Properly ensuring that HSE reviews and project internal audit (HSEIA) are carried out in accordance with project scheduled milestones
Keeping proper track of HSE monthly meetings to monitor HSE actions against actual HSE plan / program
Updating and monitoring HSE performance standards for audit review
Make sure that all safety activities are incorporated in the project plan and there is no conflict preventing the implementation of the approved HSE Plans.
