Duties & Responsibilities: Quality Control

•Checking the final inspection.
•Dispatching the frame & Lenses.
•Preparing for invoicing.
•Assisting complaints from customer’s call.
•Preparing for logistics’ for product delivery

Duties & Responsibilities: Technical Support Officer
•Involves performing a variety of duties related to optical laboratory processing. These duties cover the areas of optical, mechanical, maintenance and functional operations. Part of the job may involve quality control of frame and Medical lenses for final inspections and preparing the product for invoicing, arranging logistic needs for delivery, attend phone call for clients.
•Customer service handling abilities, and listening to customers, paying attention to detail, comprehension of customer requests and taking appropriate action.
•Accepting customer complain and providing product warranty.
