 Ensuring meeting/conference rooms are made available; contact Catering Company if refreshments are required for the meeting scheduled
 Taking minutes of the meeting, taking dictations and transcribe at the timely manner
 To assist Guest for their upcoming visits to the OIG Group, and ensure that all the logistics, i.e. Visit Visa, Hotel bookings and Air Travel Tickets and Transportation arrangements are all set prior to their arrival in the Kingdom.

➢ Handles administrative job routines, ranging from meetings arrangements and taking minutes, making hotel accommodation, airline reservations and transport arrangement for pilots and Management.
➢ Part the setting-up the Flight Operations Department, reporting directly to Director of Flight Operations, and liaise with Director of Safety and Standard, Director of Training, Director of Maintenance, Director of Product Delivery, Director of Maintenance and In-Flight Services Manager for their day to day administrative requirements.
➢ Implementing the Crew Monthly Monitoring of Expiry Reports for work visa, visit visas, pilots licenses, medicals, and pilot's training due dates.
