• Develop manpower planning & scheduling for the engineering stage including FEED/FEL-3, BEDP/FEL-2 in Sulphur Recovery Unit, and EPC Work for Early Work and plant demolition project.
• Review, S-curve analysis, and progress monitor for the ongoing engineering stage (FEL-2 and FEL-3) using earned value method.
• Review the Bill of Quantity and Develop a Cost Estimate for MEP of New Site Office Balikpapan Project
• Manage Project Definition Rating Index Assessment for Tuban Petrochemical Project.
• Developing the cost estimates for:
AACE Class 2 & 3 cost estimates for 400 Mio USD Thermal Distillate Hydrotreating Projects, 10 Mio USD Biodiesel demo plant
AACE Class 4 cost estimates for 600 Mio USD Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit
Cost Estimate for engineering & study
• Analyze cost for Change Order (Refinery Flare & Piping Relocation Project) with total estimates of 50 Mio USD.
• Review and develop project plans (execution, construction plan), project control Scope of Work, and Basis of Estimate refer to AACE RP 34 R-05.
• Review the vessels and tanks construction plan
• Coordinate with contractors pertinent to the method statement for equipment construction and installation.
• Supervise mechanical construction for stationary equipment (vessels, tanks, reactors)
• Progress reporting and monitoring of daily activity for static mechanical equipment
• As a project leader for Furnace area in the Turnaround project, coordinate with sub-contractor and develop manpower planning.
• Quality inspection for piping and vessels with the Penetrant and Ultrasonic Testing
• Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode Analysis for steam turbine and ammonia line transfer pump.
• Develop isometric drawing for piping modification
• Reliability analysis for plant, including develop Corrosion Under Insulation program and Risk Based Inspection Analysis.
• Honda Automobiles parts design development (Body Section)
• Design Parts modification using CATIA CAD Software
• Involved in Cost Down Project for HRV and Mobilio Series
• Raw Material Manufacturer Assessment
- Develop HVAC System Design for Train Wagon using Ansys Fluent
- Develop Djarum Cableway Stress Analysis
