The position was inclusive of observing 86 educators, native and non-native speakers and assessing strategies of curriculum design, creating lessons, reviewing lesson plans and developing approaches to quality assurance through research and recommendations. Furthermore, model teaching, conferencing and creating teacher workshops as well as writing chapters for texts encompassed the challenges and personal growth I encountered. I am an ongoing learner and invite opportunities to develop my experience and intrinsic motivation in which I bring to new employment and future goals in education and training.
