• Implement of PACE- Value Chain Development Project and PACE- Technology Project and ensure coordination with other Programme.
• Assist to promote commercially Produce safe vegetables and spices crop production (Sweet Chili of Hathazari, Chittagong) and its Value chain development which is produce by Farmers.
• Assist to promote Marketing Channel for Agricultural Product which produced by the Entrepreneurs.
• Transfer new technology for commercillay cultivate high valued fruits eg. Date Palm, Dragon fruit, Avocado and Hybreed Coconut Cultivation.
• Assist to transfer new technology to commercillay cultivate high valued crops eg. Coffee and Black Pipper Cultivation.
• Prepare detailed implementation plans and schedule activities of PACE Project.
• To work with 3, 150 Agro Entrepreneur for Market Development.
• Conduct Linkage workshop, Field Day with Different Stakeholder, DAE and BARI.

As a “Livelihoods Development Supervisor” of Chars Livelihoods Programme (CLP) of DFID. I have Performed the following activities (September 01, 2011 to till now):
• Implement CLP Markets and Innovation unit’s Markets Development Programme & Livelihoods Development Programme and ensure coordination with others Programme.
• Coordination & liaison with the activities under Markets Development Programme.
• Supervise MDOs, LOs, AOs, LDOs activies in terms of project activities & ensure their implementing activities efficiency.
• Conduct need based training for Capacity building (beneficiaries and community people).
• Responsible for organizing the purchase and distribution to MDOs, AOs and LOs of all inputs required for the implementation of the Livelihoods & Market Development Programme.
