- Responsible for the technical review and coordination of the contractor’s architectural and interior design submittals, in accordance with design intent, and international and local design standards as well as in liaison with the Core Team directions.
- Responsible for ensuring the architectural shop drawings are fully coordinated with other trades.
- Oversee the construction activities to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and materials.
- Oversee the contractor’s implementation of the quality assurance program, architectural and interior works interfacing.

- Checked the compliance with local and general construction specifications.
- Checked the delivered materials on site.
- Supervised the construction phases (foundation, layout, block work, MEP, finishing, etc.).
