• Setting up, monitoring, flexing, analyzing and reporting of site-wise & project-wise budgets including CAPEX & their variances.
• Preparation of corporate forecasted cash requirements for operations & studying cash consumption trends.

1. Drafting, testing, implementation and monitoring of the costing, estimation, budgeting, variance-analysis and project based invoicing.
2. Cost and benefit benchmark analysis of manpower and equipment utilization under various activities (hiring vs. owning risk evaluation, cost per square meter of steel surface, cost per blasting hour, etc.).
• Responsible for accounting policies & procedures to improve corporate efficiency and transparency.
• Preparation of annual and interim financial statements based on IFRS requirements and coordination with independent auditors.
• Conducted monthly cash flow analysis and forecast.
• Planned, supervised & performed internal audit of company’s controls as required by IAS standards.
• Conduct project/job costing and assess performance management based on financial and non-financial indicators (KPIs).
• Calculation of payroll inclusive of tax deductions.

4. Audit Consultant to CSME LLC for 2006, 2007, 2008 fiscal years based on IFRS & IAS standards.
• Coordinated with the Planning Department, Finance Department, and senior engineers to build up multi-million dollar offshore MODU construction project budgets.
• Created CTR driven project plans with considerations to materials, services, and machinery both in terms of costs and availabilities.
• Quantified, estimated, transmitted, and monitored Change Proposals to the client based on technical and contractual requirements.
• Monitored and reported actual man-hours (engineering, construction, and subcontractors) gauged POs and financial contracts against budgeted figures and timelines.
• Production of weekly/monthly S-Curve reports based on various resources.
• Assisted the business development team to cost-up and bid for potential projects.
• Sanctioned purchase orders that qualify client and project requirements through a QC controlled system.

• Advised, prepared and filed tax returns for American, Canadian, and British clients.
• Ensured that all tax fillings comply with the respective tax acts and agencies such as America’s ‘Internal Revenue Services’, Canada’s ‘Customs Revenue Agency’ and Britain’s ‘Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs’.
• Established and controlled the complete workshop inventory system based on accounting coding structures.
• Headed all interim and year-end stock takes, with full reports, schedules, and consumption / loss analysis submitted to the Chief Accountant.
• Conducted ongoing asset valuation and control of tools and fixed resources.
• Initiated the three quote system for material / service acquisition, prepared and checked local and overseas Purchase Orders, and built a database of potential suppliers locally and globally.
• Prepared all workshop job costing reports for calculation of absolute profit and for future reference.
• Involved with the planning of an offshore jack-up rig rebuild project (electrically) for both man-power and equipment including all project administration and human resources for in-bounding electricians.
• Controlled and accounted for all petty cash transactions.

• Prepared checks for Airline and Non-Airline payments and recording journal entries.
• Processed daily cash-sales summaries of all 15 branches.
• Conducted bank reconciliation and administered to credit analysis and collection.
• Reported daily cash sales, liabilities and all financial statements including budget and credit reports prepared to the Accounts Manager.
