I have been an Office Manager for CEO my duties can be
summarized in some tasks such as:
writing speeches
translating from English to Arabic and the opposite.
Arranging the appointments.
Making a study schedule
Working with board and other departments on the Corporate Governance. Classification of files.
Also arranging the meetings and taking notes.
Dealing with automated desktop computers and handheld
devices and modern communication in a professional way.
Making reports per week for managers and their departments'
performance and writing notes about their performances and
reports and discussed with the high management about it etc.
Sometimes Dealing and working with the General manager
and chairman as well.
Preparing meeting of minuets for the board and responsible
to make sure all the suggestions and instructions are in the

Recording the resolutions of the board and voting results and
retaining them in a special and organized register .
Arranging for booking even if it's for hotels, meetings, air
crafts, or others inside and outside the country.
Dealing with all internal/external calls for my manager in a
professional way and make sure all his work and schedule is
ready and complete to let him start his work in a smooth and
comfortable way
it's specialist in construction. i was the secretary for the chairman, arranging his appointments, schedule, speeches, accounting, meetings, manage his office, edit and print letters etc..
Teaching the new methods for English language for the fresh year, and simple
grammar and scripts in modern ways.
