I have been an Office Manager for CEO my duties can be
summarized in some tasks such as:
writing speeches
 translating from English to Arabic and the opposite.
 Arranging the appointments.
 Making a study schedule
 Working with board and other departments on the Corporate Governance.  Classification of files.
 Also arranging the meetings and taking notes.
 Dealing with automated desktop computers and handheld
devices and modern communication in a professional way.
 Making reports per week for managers and their departments'
performance and writing notes about their performances and
reports and discussed with the high management about it etc.
 Sometimes Dealing and working with the General manager
and chairman as well.
 Preparing meeting of minuets for the board and responsible
to make sure all the suggestions and instructions are in the
process.
 Recording the resolutions of the board and voting results and
retaining them in a special and organized register .
 Arranging for booking even if it's for hotels, meetings, air
crafts, or others inside and outside the country.
 Dealing with all internal/external calls for my manager in a
professional way and make sure all his work and schedule is
ready and complete to let him start his work in a smooth and
comfortable way
