 Direct & manage project from initiating till closing.
 Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
 Track milestones & deliverables by applying of knowledge, tools, processes and techniques of project management.
 Manage projects in terms of budgeted profitability, financial control, sourcing & logistics.
 Targeting Customer satisfaction, building strong and sustainable relation through efficient handling of costumer’s requests.
 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
 Executing projects within scope, schedule, budget & quality.
 Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring & building project’s team.
 Create and maintain project documentation.
 Ensure necessary interfaces & manage communication towards project’s stakeholders (costumer, contractors, consultants, project team & management board).
 Resources optimization & appropriate tasks delegation & responsibilities.
 Forecast of workload and budget and knowledge of claim management.
 Identify opportunities and mitigate risks impact by preparing response plans such as preventive and corrective actions.
 Close monitoring of Gross Margin deviations, maximizing profit & cash.
 Follow and abide by the company’s standards & rules with regard to organization, quality & EHS.
 Support sales and commercial operations required for business growth & sustainability.
