- Extract leads data everyday for the sales agents to proceed with prospection and sales.
- Analyse sales and stock data and highlight main KPIs per categories.
- Use our data warehouse and CRM platforms to analyze customer's profiles to target adequate
targets and forecast the project's next steps.
- Define, execute and communicate operational processes, standards and best practices
to deliver the projects.
- Manage pilots for furniture & phones categories to target the business potentiality and needs.
- Lead the sales agents through the pilot, document and sum up the learnings for the launch.
- Forecast requirements; schedule expenditures; coordinate delivery logistics.
- In charge of the Finance and Insurance Car services master reporting (Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Bugatti, Volkswagen, Ducati, Skoda) for partners and top management.
- Analyze and audit sales reports from the brands and the dealers, bank and insurance
providers.
- Follow up the performance in each MENA market using kpis.
- Calculate our commission, process dealers and providers claims and payments
- Deliver ad hoc reports, best practices, market studies and monthly competitors surveys.
- In charge of the launch of a financial service for the Porsche Macan in India.
- Deployment of Communication & promotion content to market RSI’s services internally.
- Monthly international B2B & B2C analysis & reporting of all services and products.
- Organization and management of the Car Centric Services Full Week.
- Write, correct & translate web/boxes promotional content following an IT & editorial charter.
- Follow up & handle the daily services providers requests.
- Implement a new marketing/SM plan.
- Prospect new clients/sponsors.
- E-community management, promote the clinic (website & SM).
- Set up and promote a corporate awareness campaign, and create partnerships.
- Manage the recruitment advertising for the new clinic in Kuwait.
- Set up a campaign, and manage the sales of Head smart concussion UAE software.
- Taking care of the IT classrooms and assisting students in computing.
- Debriefings of IT class sessions & devices checkup.
Propose financing plans, assess the creditworthiness of clients.
- Customer files management (renewals, cancellations, and other services).
- E-community management (newsletter, posts, events promotion...).
- Management of the members list (files checkup, renewals, payments).
- Advice clients and sale of home appliances.
- Set up of the merchandising.
