My duties was :

Responsible for ensuring that the company's strategic financial and operational objectives are met through accurate financial reporting as well as appropriate financial controls, developed and implemented robust operational processes and new systems as the business grows. Strategic activities
 Formulated strategic and long-term business plans and developed financial strategy in alignment with company's overall strategy.
 Provided strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
 Spearheaded new-market growth, identified optimal locations with expansion across the middle east was set expecting to have additional 10 stores by 2016

Financial activities
 Prepared and analyzed the monthly financial reports (P&L and Cash Flow) and the Quarter - End Balance Sheet reports
 Developed financial tools and conducted feasibility studies to evaluate growth opportunities to help sound decision making and provided the management with in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision.

Operation activities
 Implemented operational and financial KPIs and developed a Balance scorecard to evaluate and measure operational and financial activities, reviewed company bottlenecks and recommended improvement activities, and engaged in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
 Approved and validated clauses of any contract that have financial impact on the company such as payment to supplier, Inventory purchases and Capex whether budgeted or not .
 Operated nine stores across the country by supervising staffs, daily operations, controlling stocks and inventory management, eliminating obstacles and reducing errors.
 Engaged in all aspects of the marketing plan and advertising activities.
 Contributed in opening seven new stores, engaged in every aspect of the process ( location, stores’ size, layouts, ), formulated all procedures and rules for the stores.

Paris Gallery is a respectable company in the middle east engaged in the retail industry selling luxury watches, accessories, perfumes and cosmetics with more than 35 huge showrooms in UAE. I spent one year as a brand manager in watches department and moved to a new challenge as an area manager for the last 3 years.
