I am Adel BOUHOREIRA from Algeria. l am a HSE Engineer. I have 12 years of experience in HSE field working in the time-sensitive projects, during my HSE career i used my qualifications to find ways for helping my company to improve the safety culture and safety work conditions in order to protect workers, equipment and environment. I have a proven track record of implementing successful HSE programs that have resulted in reduced incidents and improved safety performance. During my 12 years as a Safety engineer in gas and oilfield. This experience will allow me to take on new responsibilities with your company rapidly. I have worked in a variety of companies in south of Algeria such as : - SAIPEM Drilling, - SONATRACH-Agip Group, - GSE Drilling, - SONATRACH, and i have developed a strong understanding of HSE regulations and guidelines specific drilling operations. As a HSE engineer, my responsibilities have included conducting safety inspections, developing and implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, investigating incident to identify opportunities for improvement, and providing training to employees. I have a deep commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, and have been recognized for my ability to promote a strong safety culture within organizations.
