• Developed an entire Cost Control System for Planning, Tracking, analyzing, Forecasting, Visualizing, and Reporting drilling costs using highly advanced MsExcel skills using VBA Macros, SQL Server, and PowerBI including Cost Tracker, Authorization For Expenditure (AFE), NPT Summary, Actual vs AFE, Days vs Depth, Cost vs Depth, Invoice Logger, etc, with automated Call-Off generator based on AFE figures, and automated Monthly & Yearly Drilling accruals (Project SYNCHRUM find me on LinkedIn)
• Supervised the cost control team for best practices and for the good use of the cost control system built by me (Fore-mentioned above)

• Re-allocation of indirect costs to their proper cost centers within COA according to internal absorption conventions & Keys.
• Coordinated Cost Control tasks and responsibilities with stakeholders & shareholders

• Analysis of the variances and discrepancies between budgets and achievements (AFE Vs Actual Vs Invoices)
• Monitor the financial and chronological progress of the drilling contracts in real time, and launch timely alerts against Over Expenditure and Expiry (Solution developed by me)
• Check the conformity and compliance of supplier invoices with respect to contractual terms and previously recorded costs within VOWD
