• Full Factory set up (design, equipment and machinery) and operations start-up of the Middle East's largest industrial production lines of pastry, chocolate and ice cream;
• Currently producing Supplying 10 pain d'Or outlets in Riyadh, full banquets and industrial catering, along with the entire institutional wholesale network for custom-made products for: o Saudi Airlines;
o Starbucks;

o Dunkin donuts;
• Leading and supervising a team of 2 executives chefs, 14 head Chefs and 120 kitchen and pastry members;
• Controlling the quality and production lines as per the output of: o Pastry: 100, 000 cake pieces monthly;
o Cakes: 15, 000 whole cake monthly;
o Ice Cream: 20 tons monthly;
o Donuts: 150, 000 pieces monthly;
o Chocolate: 30 tons monthly.

• Planned daily and weekly production schedules to reach best output volume and proper overheads control;
• Continuously and effectively developed improvements to quality and creation of new items in coordination with marketing, sales and operations needs;
• Coordinated regularly with: o Human Resources for the planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, training and, performance appraisal of the full team;
o Purchasing for materials planning, supplier identification, quality approval, ordering and eventual reception of all equipment, machinery, raw materials and packaging materials;
o Sales for the production scheduling in order to assure continuous supply or required finished products to meet market demand in terms of quantities and quality.
o Maintenance to insure the uninterrupted smooth running of production lines and the proper scheduling of preventive maintenance in compliance with machine requirements and manufacturer
recommendations.
o The Outlets Operations to insure the proper supply of required products in accordance with market changing requirements and to follow up on customer complaints related to product deficiencies.
The Quality Assurance to maintain the highest operational standards for optimum hygiene, safety and customer satisfaction;
