As a Drilling Consultant, I am responsible for the day to day logistics, drilling operations and well-bore conditions in extended reach horizontal multi-well pads in the Shale formations in the Williston Basin of North Dakota.
Responsible for the safety and well-being of all personnel on location. Responsible for all logistics and book keeping as well as tracking daily costs and operations in Open Wells software. Responsible for the ordering of subcontractor services, parts, & supplies for the daily drilling operations. Responsible for all directional drilling on site using excel based software for mapping and recording the well-bore and surveys.

Responsible for the day to day drilling operations and well-bore conditions in extended reach horizontal wells on single well pads and multi-well Eco-Pads in the Shale formations in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. Responsible for the ordering of subcontractor services, parts, & supplies for the daily drilling operations. Responsible for the safety and well-being of all personnel on location.

Worked very closely with the drilling operations, geologists, and helped diagnose tool issues. Tracked wellbores, and built various Excel spreadsheets to help map out the wellbore, completed invoices, tracked expenses and tool usage, coordinated trucking and machining of tools, worked very closely with the drilling operations, and various problems associated with drilling and well control, and diagnosed various tool issues. Drilled extended-reach horizontals in various formations in the Williston Basin Shale formations, including the Bakken, Three Forks, & Red River. Drilled Multi-leg laterals in the Red-River, Midale, & Nesson formations. Drilled Short-Radius Re-entries in the Red River of the Williston Basin, and various locations in eastern Oklahoma and Nebraska. Drilled S-Curves and Build and Holds in the DJ basin, Peonce Creek (both in Colorado), and the Jonah Field in Wyoming. Trained new employees on directional drilling.

Drilled various wells in the Williston Basin. Maintained all of the components of the drilling rig and supervised daily operations. Trained new employees on various rig activities. Responsible for the safety and well-being of my crew.
