Maintenance Operations
• Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various machineries and equipments to increase machine up time & equipment reliability
• Implementing maintenance schedules for carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipments and maintaining requisite documents for the same
• Coordinating material / spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation
• Tracking FOL consumption details and handling the overall equipment management activities at site

Man Management
• Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous lineup for better operational effectiveness / efficiency
• Working on succession planning of the workforce, shift management activities & providing feedback
• Coordinating the Inter departmental activities and developing the skills of the workforce to suit the requirement of new technology
