- Personal Training: conducting personal training & individual sessions with clients and managing club products - Achieved the highest number of sessions on a monthly basis: more than 120 sessions/ month.
- Helping clients recover fully after surgery, performing physio-therapy sessions to improve overall joint mobility and strength, achieving targeted goals with clients including maintaining healthy habits through training and healthy eating and lifestyle.

Constant occupation with several kinds of sport made me to improve my persistance and be more precise in learning young people how to love sport and use it's benefits

Self-control
Many emotional reactions which I experienced during the years of winnings and faileures made me more confident and steady, so now I can say I'm able to hide reactions and can learn people in my team how to do the same thing

Teamwork
Working with different kind of people, especially with children provided me to be a "glue" of the group and to understand different needs. Also, I'm capable to work with uninterested people and to reorient their interests. The importance of team work is especially visible in volleyball teams.
