● To ensure all applications are screened from a fraud angle to void booking any bad applications
● To ensure Potential fraud cases are identified early and preventive measures are in place to decline
such applications.
● Attention to detail on documentations & customer transactions, good understanding of market
dynamics and Strategic planning of identification of potential threat occurrence in the cards portfolio.
● To conduct application review of credit card, personal loan and auto loan products and identify
potential fabricated documents, document forgery and mismatch profile entry.
● To initiate internal and External checks to confirm the authenticity of the suspected documents.
● Educate/Coach the Credit operations and sales staff on fraud documents identification triggers.
● Liaise with the third party vendor to carry out field verification and maintain the TAT for the same.
Identification of fly-by-night operations, Internal analysis of credit exposure and behavior of credit
extended to the suspected companies.
● To maintain MIS of Sampling, Set Up and potential fraud companies, Field Visit reports.
● To closely liaise with the various units involved in Fraud sampling activity and track case to closure
Ensure all bookings & reservations are processed accurately.

▪ Filing, photocopying and general administrative duties.
▪ Building strong relationships with clients.
▪ Up selling relevant add-ons, like, insurance, excursions, currency etc.
