Supervising daily accounting transactions and recording them in the books of
accounts. Ensuring that records for accounting, finance, personnel, and
administration are kept up to date. Prepare purchase orders, and delivery notes, and Organize payments through
cheques and bank transfers for suppliers and subcontractors. Performing analysis and evaluating the projects' financial statements for
profitability and efficient operation
Managing AP & AR wherein updating payment-related queries for business &
suppliers on a day-to-day basis; Follow up on outstanding client payments and
process supplier due payments. Negotiating terms with service providers while also ensuring service continuity
and enhancements. Participate in the year-end audit; gather and prepare supporting schedules, work papers, and financial reports as needed by Internal or external auditors. Performed budget management tasks like creating annual budgets and
comparing business performance to projections
Managing cash management operations, including daily recording of cash and
bank payment vouchers in the ERP software and updating ledger accounts
Maintaining petty cash to guarantee prompt cash fund reconciliation and
monitoring. Coordinating with management to provide information about day-to-day
activities, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis & other requests
Followed up on payments; provided secretarial assistance to the Senior
Accountant; and overseen the entire General Administration and Payroll
Processing process. Provide financial support to reconcile system inventory records to the financial
records; improving the integrity of data related to inventory
Performing bookkeeping functions such as monthly bank reconciliation
statements, accounts receivable and payable aging analysis, General ledger
reconciliation, Tax reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and providing
management with reports.
